1) Technicians should be already be assigned to certain teams when PSA Integration is done. You can always add, edit, and delete members in a team through our platform. The changes will also be made on the PSA platform automatically.
2) To add members, click Add Member. You can only add PSA Members to a team.
3) A menu will pop-up and allow you to add members that are eligible for the team. Select the members you want to add and select their tier. Once done click Add Selected Members.
4) You can also edit team member's tier whenever you need.
