Roles Setup

1) Navigate to Roles on the platform. 

2) In Add Role, you can designate specific permissions that a role can have, allowing you to assign them to a technician during configuration.

3) If you are setting up integrations for the first time, you can assign the roles as you are configurating everything in the MSP Integration tab. Follow one of the PSA Integration articles to see how. If your technicians are integrated already, you can edit their roles in Employees.
