Connecting ConnectWise API Key
1) Log into your ConnectWise account.
2) Head to System on the bottom left corner and click Members.

3) In the Member tab, navigate to API Members and create a new item by clicking the + button.

4) Fill in Member ID and Member Name to anything you want. Put Role ID as Admin. You can leave all other fields as is and save the member. Please check Security Roles for permissions needed for this to work.

5) Back in API Members click the member you just created. In the tab navigate to API Keys. In this tab, click + to create your API key.

6) Give it a description and save. Next step is important.

7) IMPORTANT: After saving, you will see your API keys. Keep a copy of your private key somewhere safe as you will not have access to it ever again after leaving the tab.
8) Paste your API keys accordingly in ConnectWise Manage PSA Integration on AI AutoPilot. Fill out the Company ID and click Save Keys then Authenticate.
