1) Log into your Autotask account.
2) In the top-right corner, click on Settings/Admin.
3) From the Admin Panel, navigate to Resources → Users.
4) Create new API User
5) Fill out the required fields in the form:

Security Level: Select AI Autopilot. (See Security Level for help.)

API Tracking Identifier: Choose Custom and enter a descriptive name (this will be your key identifier).
Before saving, save the following credential in a safe place:

Tracking Identifier (API Integration Code)
-
Username (Key)
-
Password (Secret)
6) On AI Autopilot platform, go to Admin -> MSP Integration -> Autotask to insert the keys. Save keys first, then Authenticate to make sure the keys work.
