ConnectWise Configuration

1) On the platform, navigate to admin then MSP Integrations. In this tab look for ConnectWise Manage to begin your configurations. 

2) In this tab, make sure your API Keys are connected in order to configurate. Once you have your API Keys connected, you can start your configurations. This is how the configuration tab should look like.

3) Boards: The boards should be imported from ConnectWise from the API Key you provided. If you are having issues, make sure you have the correct permissions in Security Roles in Connectwise. Here, you will see all the boards associated with the API Key. Select the boards you want to import to the platform.

4) Boards: In the selected board, adjust the priority, tier, priority score, subtype score, sla deadline to your requirements. You can also generate the configurations with AI. AI generation might take a few minutes. Save configuration once everything is done to move onto the next step.

4) Technicians: Here, select the technicians that you would like to import into the platform. Technicians that are grayed out means that those technicians are imported already. Save configuration once everything is done to move onto the next step. Technician's role can be adjusted later in Employees.

 

5) Teams: Create a team for each of the boards that were imported to the platform. This allows tickets to be dispatch to the right technicians. Save configuration once everything is done to move onto the next step.

 

6) Companies: Here, select the companies that you would like to import to the platform. Companies that are grayed out are already imported. Set a company that would be the default company for creating tickets. Save configuration once everything is done to move onto the next step. 

 

7) Contacts: Here, contacts from companies that were previously selected will be imported. Select the contacts that you would like to import into the platform. Contacts that are grayed out are already imported. Save configuration once everything is done to move onto the next step. 

8) Tickets: Here, select a board to sync, if you want to pull all the tickets that are created prior to the platform. Enable Syncing once the board is selected to finish onboarding.
