1) In Autotask, navigate to Admin -> Account Setting & Users -> Security Level
2) Under one of the security level, make a copy of the security level to create a new one.
3) In the new security level you created, name it to whatever you want to associate with the platform and click No Permission for all to have a fresh start.
4) Match these permission in the following screen shots to give access to platform.
5) Once done, save the security level. Use this security role when creating API User. If you need more information about creating API User, head to Connecting Autotask API Key knowledge base article for more information. Note: These security level can change as more features get added.
